2 14oz cans or 1 2lb bag of sauerkraut (or 1 quart of HOMEMADE sauerkraut), undrained

5-6 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled & cut into large chunks
•
1 tsp caraway seeds
•
1 bay leaf
•
1/4 tsp black pepper
•
1 lb Polska Kielbasa, cut into chunks
