1 lb. andouille sausage, sliced
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
2 large yellow onion, diced finely
2 medium red bell pepper, diced finely
2 stalks celery, sliced thinly
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1-2 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 lb. raw jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 3/4 cup rice
