1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
4 carrots, peeled and sliced
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed into bite-sized pieces
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 1/2 cups Progresso™ beef-flavored or chicken broth
