8-10 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless (chicken breasts will work too!)

Salt and Pepper

2 c. honey
•
1 c. soy sauce
•
1 c. diced onion
•
1/2 c. ketchup
•
2 tsp. ginger
•
4T. vegetable oil (can use olive oil too)
•
4 garlic cloves, minced
•
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
•
8 tsp. cornstarch dissolved in 12 Tablespoons water
•
Sesame seeds
