4 whole thick cut pork chops (I used 2 lbs.)

4 whole large fresh red potatoes (use Sweet Potatoes for Paleo)

1/3 cup olive oil
•
1 cup sugar free Dijon Mustard (I use Tessamae's Brand which is Whole30 approved)
•
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
•
2 TBSP raw honey (omit if Whole30)
•
1/2 tsp ground onion powder
•
1/2 cup chicken broth
•
2 cups fresh green beans or fresh carrots
