3/4 cup honey
•
1 TB olive oil
•
1 tsp onion powder
•
2 cloves garlic, minced
•
1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp pepper
•
1/4 cup sesame seed (optional)
•
1 cup quinoa (cooked according to package directions) - could substitute with rice
