1 cup grape jelly (we use Welch’s Natural)

2 heaping Tablespoons sriracha hot sauce (or your favorite)

2 teaspoons chili powder
•
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
•
1 teaspoon onion powder
•
1 teaspoon garlic powder

for homemade meatballs:
•
2 lb. lean ground beef
•
1 cup dried, unseasoned bread crumbs
•
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (the powdered type)
•
2 large eggs, beaten
•
1 small onion chopped very fine
•
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
•
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
•
milk
•
1/4 cup vegetable oil for browning, divided
