2 tbsp mild green chilies canned

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
•
3 tbsp lime juice
•
1/3 cup fresh cilantro or flat leaf Italian parsley
•
1 1/2 tsp sweetener of choice: Swerve or coconut sugar
•
1/2 tsp to 1 tsp ground chipotle powder mild to spicy
•
1 tsp sea salt
•
1/4 tsp black pepper
