INGREDIENTS

1 (3½ pound) (105kg) chuck roast, trimmed of excess fat

3 cups (710ml) beef stock
•
1 small to medium onion, thinly sliced
•
6 cloves garlic, minced
•
1½ tablespoon bouillon (I like better than bouillon brand) or 5 cubes beef bouillon
•
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
•
8 french rolls or hoagie buns or something similar
•
18-24 slices provolone cheese (I use 3 slices per sandwich)
