1 - 3-4 lb. chuck roast, remove excess fat

Montreal Steak Seasoning
•
2 tsps olive oil
•
1/4 C soy sauce
•
1/4 C water
•
4 whole black peppercorns
•
2 C beef broth
•
1/2 tsp dried, crushed rosemary
•
1/2 tsp dried thyme
•
1 TBSP minced onion
•
2 tsp minced garlic
•
6-8 french rolls
•
6-8 slices of cheese, provolone is my preferance
