Slow Cooker Country Style Ribs with Mushroom Gravy

"We love all of the flavors in country style ribs and we love fresh mushrooms..."

INGREDIENTS
1.5 pounds country style pork ribs (I prefer boneless)
1/2 cup wine (we prefer a sweet wine, but your favorite will work well too)
1 small can cream of mushroom soup
1 packet onion soup mix
6 - 8 ounces fresh mushrooms (quartered)
