INGREDIENTS
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
6 cups low-sodium nonfat chicken broth
10 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 small stalk celery or celery heart, sliced
1 medium onion
1/2 lb. baby carrots
1-2 lb. bag frozen mixed vegetables
seasonings to taste (I use rosemary, bay leaf, thyme, and pepper)
