1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons fish sauce (or soy sauce) (gluten-free for gluten-free)
2 tablespoons palm sugar (or brown sugar, or maple syrup)
1/4 cup roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
