INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
⅛ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 3 tablespoons of honey (I also tried 1/4 cup of granulated sugar which gives you an even sweeter cornbread)
1 egg
2/3 cup butternut squash, cooked and mashed well (I roasted mine)
3/4 cup buttermilk
