INGREDIENTS
1 1 cup King Arthur White Whole Wheat Flour or Premium Whole Wheat Flour
1 1 cup rye flour: light, medium, or pumpernickel
1 1 cup yellow or white cornmeal
1 1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1 3/4 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 cup brown sugar, optional; for increased sweetness
1 3/4 cup dark molasses
1 2 cups buttermilk
