INGREDIENTS

1 and 1/2 pounds beef tips (fresh or frozen)

1 pint of homemade or store bought stock
•
1/4 teaspoon ground garlic (or 1 clove fresh minced garlic)
•
1 teaspoon ground onion or minced onion (or a small onion diced)
•
1 Tablespoon seasoned salt
•
1 bay leaf
•
A couple grinds of Lawry's Steak Seasoning Grinder (optional)
•
1-2 Tablespoons corn starch (you could also use arrowroot powder)
