2 tbsp arrowroot starch

2 tbsp tomato paste (sub nightshade free for AIP)

1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
•
1 tsp sea salt
•
1/2 tsp black pepper (omit for AIP)

2 bay leaves

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
