2 apples, cut into chunks

1 onion, cut into chunks

1/2 cup white wine
•
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

3 Tbsp. gluten free soy sauce
•
1 tsp. powdered ginger
•
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
•
Onion Salt
•
Garlic powder
•
Thyme
•
Salt and Pepper
