2/3 Dixie Crystals Confectioners Powdered Sugar

Cranberry Filling
•
1 (12 oz) bag (3 1/2 cups) frozen or fresh cranberries

3/4 cup water
•
1/2 cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
•
3 tablespoons cold water
•
1 3/4 teaspoons gelatin
•
6 large egg whites
•
1 1/4 cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar

Zest of 2 lemons, no white bitter pith
