Honey Coconut Sauce
•
1/2 cup honey
•
1/2 cup quality coconut milk (I like Chakoah)
•
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
•
2-3 tablespoons Asian Sweet Chili Sauce (3 for more heat)
•
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
•
1-2 teaspoons sriracha (optional)*

1/2 teaspoon salt
•
1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons cornstarch
