INGREDIENTS

Kaffé Whipped Cream
•
1c of heavy cream
•
1 tsp vanilla
•
1 Tbsp confectioners sugar
•
1 tsp of Sisel's Kaffé pack
•
1 tsp of hot water and whip into the cream.
•
In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks are just about to form. Beat in vanilla and sugar until peaks form.
•
Dissolve the Kaffé in the hot water, then mix in with whipped cream.
•
The filling doesn’t need to be very sweet at all, it’s a nice contrast to the frosting)
•
Kaffé Buttercream
•
3 c confectioners sugar
•
1 c butter
•
1 tsp vanilla
•
1-2 Tbsp whipping cream
•
2-3 tsp of concentrated Kaffé
