1/4 c (2 oz) 2% milk
1/4 c (2 oz) nonfat, sugar free yogurt (I use Best Choice Boston Cream Pie)
1/4 c water
1/2 c frozen mixed fruit
1 Tbl dry old fashioned oatmeal
