INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour (measure with the spoon and level method )
1/2 cup white rice flour ((not glutinous rice flour))
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1 cup unsalted butter (cold, cut into about 16 pieces **see Note 2 below)
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt (omit if using salted butter)
