1 cup baby carrots, (sliced)
1½ cups asparagus, (trimmed & cut into 1-inch pieces)
2 small zucchini, (chopped into half moons)
1 small yellow squash, (sliced then cut into 1-inch pieces)
8 ounces cremini mushrooms, (sliced)
1 red bell pepper, (sliced then cut into 1-inch pieces)
5 to 6 green onions, (chopped)
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ tablespoon Italian seasonings
