2 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon plus more for seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 lb ground beef
1 chopped medium onion
2 (4 oz) cans green chilies
10 to 14 corn corn tortillas
1/2 cup chopped black olives
1 cup chopped green onions
3 cups grated sharp cheddar
chopped, for serving fresh cilantro
