  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 pounds U.S. farm-raised catfish fillets, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 6 (6-inch) flour tortillas (soft tacos)
