zuchinni bowties
My neighbor Susie, who according to my grand daughter has the most awesome garden had sent over some zuchinni and tomatoes so me and my grand daughter decided to use them for dinner that night.

Ingredients
- 1 box bowtie pasta
- 1 can diced tomatoes or 3 fresh diced tomatoes
- 3 or 4 - zuchinni, sliced then quartered
- 1 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1 package sazon seasoning
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- - parmesan cheese grated
- - mozzarella cheese shredded
How To Make zuchinni bowties

Step 1cook pasta according to directions, drain , rinse and set aside.

Step 2heat olive oil in a pan then add chopped zuchinni, and cook a few minutes, add basil,sazon, salt & pepper. cook until zuchinni is tender but not mush.

Step 3add tomatoes and cook about 5 to 10 minutes, add butter and cook a few minutes longer, the butter thickens the sauce.

Step 4add pasta and mix well. serve with a little parmesan and or mozzarella cheese
