Ingredients
- 3 cups sliced zuccini
- 3 cups sliced onions
- 3 - eggs
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash - pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
How To Make zuccini cassarole

Step 1Saute' onions and zuccini in butter until tender. Place in buttered cassarole dish. Whip eggs, seasonings, milk, and 1/2 cheese, pour over top and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top. Place in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes
