- 5 - zucchini, sliced
- - salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, or 1 tsp fresh oregano
- 3/4 cup caramelized onions
How To Make zucchini with caramelized onion

Step 1Prepare caramelized onions.

Step 2Gently heat oil and butter in another skillet, add zucchini and oregano and sauté until tender or al dente.
