- 3 cups chopped zucchini
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
How To Make crustless zucchini quiche

Step 1Mix Bisquick, zucchini, oil, eggs, onion, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl, until it looks like thick batter. Mix by hand. Do not beat.
