grated parmesan cheese

Bisquick

eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 c
oil

How to Make Crustless Zucchini Quiche

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix Bisquick, zucchini, oil, eggs, onion, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl, until it looks like thick batter. Mix by hand. Do not beat.
  • 2Pour into a greased pie plate.
  • 3Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
