    chopped zucchini
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    Bisquick
  • 4
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 c
    oil

How to Make Crustless Zucchini Quiche

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix Bisquick, zucchini, oil, eggs, onion, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl, until it looks like thick batter. Mix by hand. Do not beat.
  2. Pour into a greased pie plate.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
