1/2 cshredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

1 cBisquick

4eggs, slightly beaten

1 tspgarlic powder

How to Make Crustless Zucchini Quiche
- Mix Bisquick, zucchini, oil, eggs, onion, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl, until it looks like thick batter. Mix by hand. Do not beat.
- Pour into a greased pie plate.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
