This is a great side dish. This is a great way to get the picky kids to eat vegetables, because everyone loves anything with cheese in it :)

  • 3 1/2 c
    grated zucchini
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c
    chopped onion (to your taste)
  • 1 c
  • 4
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    grated cheese
  • 1 tsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp

How to Make Zucchini Graten


  1. Mix all ingredients, adding zucchini last. Pour into a 9” pie plate. Bake at 350 until brown for 30-40 minutes.
