- 2 medium zucchini sliced
- 1/4 cup onion diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup carrot grated
- 1 box chicken flovored stuffing or your choice
How To Make zucchini cassrole

Step 1boil zucchini and onions for 5 minutes... preheat oven 350 degrees... in bowl combine soup,sour cream,and carrots...add cooked mixture... mix stuffing as directions on box... place half of the stuffing in a 8x8 baking dish add your creamed mixture and top with remaining stuffing... bake for 35 to 40 minutes...
