Ingredients
- 2 cups zuchini shredded
- 1 cup green bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cups instant rice
- 1 large can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 stick butter or margerine
How To Make zucchini casserole

Step 1Saute the zucchini, chopped onion and chopped bell pepper in a large frying pan with 1 stick of butter. Until zucchini to tender

Step 2Mix zucchini mixture with the rice, soup,milk and 1 cup of the cheese.

Step 3Next spray a 9x13 baking dish and place zucchini mixture in pan and sprinkle remaining cheese on top bake at 350 degrees.
