3 cups zucchine, chopped med fine
2 cups carrots, chopped med. fine
1/2 - onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cu cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 box chicken flavored stuffing mix

How To Make zucchine casserole

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. (stuffing mix and seasoning are added dry.) Transfer to baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.

Step 2

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
