Ingredients
- 10 - cooked carrots, cut lenthwise
- 1/4 cup liquid from carrots
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup bread or cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- - salt and pepper to taste
- dash paprika
How To Make zesty carrots

Step 1Preheat oven to 375* Spread carrots in shallow baking dish.

Step 2Mix carrot water,onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and pour over carrots.

Step 3Mix together bread or cracker crumbs with melted butter, and place on top of carrots. Top with a dash of paprika, and bake for 15 minutes.. Enjoy!
