This recipe was given to me by one of my best friends who sadly is no longer around to enjoy it with me. It is a favorite of my immediate and extended family!

Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 2 - eggs
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 box jiffy corn bread mix
How To Make yummy scalloped corn

Step 1Mix whole kernel corn (use liquid in the can also) and one can cream style corn, add box of Jiffy Corn Bread Mix, melt the stick of butter and add, beat the two eggs slightly, and add the eggs and the sour cream. Finally add the 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Bake in buttered casserole dish at 350 for 50 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cup of shredded cheddar cheese over top and bake remaining 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
