Ingredients
- 1-2 large cucumber
- 2 ounces yogurt, low-fat, plain
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1 dash mixed herbs, dried
- 1 dash dry rose flower
- 1 bunch mint, fresh
- 1 small radish - for decoration
How To Make yogurt and cucumber

Step 1Wash cucumber(s) and slice it in 1/4" thick. Leave the yogurt on pc of napkin or paper towel to drain the extra water, (thickened). After 5 minutes you can add the herbs.

Step 2Mix Yogurt with your choice of dried herbs, salt and pepper.

Step 3Put small amount of mixed Yogurt on each slice of Cucumber and place them on serving plate.

Step 4Decorate each slice with dried herbs, or dry rose flower (eatable) or fresh small leaf of mint. And around the plate you can design with fresh herbs' leaf or Radish.
