This Yogurt and Cucumber is very good for afternoon snack.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1-2 large
    cucumber
  • 2 oz
    yogurt, low-fat, plain
  • 1 dash(es)
    salt and pepper
  • 1 dash(es)
    mixed herbs, dried
  • 1 dash(es)
    dry rose flower
  • 1 bunch
    mint, fresh
  • 1 small
    radish - for decoration

How to Make Yogurt and Cucumber

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash cucumber(s) and slice it in 1/4" thick.
    Leave the yogurt on pc of napkin or paper towel to drain the extra water, (thickened). After 5 minutes you can add the herbs.
  2. Mix Yogurt with your choice of dried herbs, salt and pepper.
  3. Put small amount of mixed Yogurt on each slice of Cucumber and place them on serving plate.
  4. Decorate each slice with dried herbs, or dry rose flower (eatable) or fresh small leaf of mint. And around the plate you can design with fresh herbs' leaf or Radish.
