This Yogurt and Cucumber is very good for afternoon snack.

yogurt, low-fat, plain
1 dash(es)
salt and pepper
1 dash(es)
mixed herbs, dried
1 dash(es)
dry rose flower
1 bunch
mint, fresh
1 small
radish - for decoration

How to Make Yogurt and Cucumber


  • 1Wash cucumber(s) and slice it in 1/4" thick.
    Leave the yogurt on pc of napkin or paper towel to drain the extra water, (thickened). After 5 minutes you can add the herbs.
  • 2Mix Yogurt with your choice of dried herbs, salt and pepper.
  • 3Put small amount of mixed Yogurt on each slice of Cucumber and place them on serving plate.
  • 4Decorate each slice with dried herbs, or dry rose flower (eatable) or fresh small leaf of mint. And around the plate you can design with fresh herbs' leaf or Radish.
