yogurt and cucumber

Hello dear friends, I'm happy to find you all and can learn and share our recipes. This Yogurt and Cucumber is very good for afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 large cucumber
  • 2 ounces yogurt, low-fat, plain
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 1 dash mixed herbs, dried
  • 1 dash dry rose flower
  • 1 bunch mint, fresh
  • 1 small radish - for decoration

How To Make yogurt and cucumber

  • Step 1
    Wash cucumber(s) and slice it in 1/4" thick. Leave the yogurt on pc of napkin or paper towel to drain the extra water, (thickened). After 5 minutes you can add the herbs.
  • Step 2
    Mix Yogurt with your choice of dried herbs, salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Put small amount of mixed Yogurt on each slice of Cucumber and place them on serving plate.
  • Step 4
    Decorate each slice with dried herbs, or dry rose flower (eatable) or fresh small leaf of mint. And around the plate you can design with fresh herbs' leaf or Radish.
