Ingredients
- 2 pounds yellow squash, sliced, cooked and mashed
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs
How To Make yellow squash souffle

Step 1combine everything except cracker crumbs. pour in greased 2 quart casserole. top with cracker crumbs. bake 40-50 minutes at 350 until the middle of the souffle is set.
