Ingredients For yellow squash souffle

  • 2 lb
    yellow squash, sliced, cooked and mashed
  • 2 md
    eggs
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    saltine cracker crumbs

How To Make yellow squash souffle

  • 1
    combine everything except cracker crumbs. pour in greased 2 quart casserole. top with cracker crumbs. bake 40-50 minutes at 350 until the middle of the souffle is set.
