this is a great way to fix squash it is one of the best recipes my grand mother gave me

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds yellow squash, sliced, cooked and mashed
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs

How To Make yellow squash souffle

  • Step 1
    combine everything except cracker crumbs. pour in greased 2 quart casserole. top with cracker crumbs. bake 40-50 minutes at 350 until the middle of the souffle is set.
