Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 - yellow squashes, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 ounces green chiles, diced

How To Make yellow squash casserole

Step 1In a skillet, melt margarine over medium heat; saute squash and onion until crisp-tender.

Step 2Remove from the heat; stir in chiles, crackers, and salt and pepper.

Step 3Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Step 4Top with cheese.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
