- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 package (8 oz) herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup butter, or margarine

Step 1COOK SQUASH AND ONION IN BOILING SALTED WATER FOR 5 MINUTES; DRAIN. MIX SOUP AND SOUR CREAM. STIR IN THE CARROTS; FOLD IN SQUASH AND ONION.

Step 2COMBINE STUFFING MIX AND BUTTER. SPREAD HALF THE MIXTURE IN A LIGHTLY BUTTERED 12X7 BAKING DISH;

Step 3SPOON VEGETABLE MIXTURE OVER STUFFING.SPRINKLE REMAINING STUFFING MIXTURE STUFFING MIXTURE OVER THE VEGETABLES.
