Ingredients

  • 2 pounds (6 cups) yellow squash, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 package (8 oz) herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, or margarine

How To Make yellow squash casserole

  • Step 1
    COOK SQUASH AND ONION IN BOILING SALTED WATER FOR 5 MINUTES; DRAIN. MIX SOUP AND SOUR CREAM. STIR IN THE CARROTS; FOLD IN SQUASH AND ONION.
  • Step 2
    COMBINE STUFFING MIX AND BUTTER. SPREAD HALF THE MIXTURE IN A LIGHTLY BUTTERED 12X7 BAKING DISH;
  • Step 3
    SPOON VEGETABLE MIXTURE OVER STUFFING.SPRINKLE REMAINING STUFFING MIXTURE STUFFING MIXTURE OVER THE VEGETABLES.
  • Step 4
    BAKE IN PREHEATED 350* OVEN FOR 25-30 MINUTES, UNTIL HEATED THOROUGHLY!! ENJOY....
