1 can(s)cream of chicken soup

1 csour cream

1 cshredded carrots

1 pkg(8 oz) herb-seasoned stuffing mix

1/2 cbutter, or margarine
How to Make YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE
- COOK SQUASH AND ONION IN BOILING SALTED WATER FOR 5 MINUTES; DRAIN. MIX SOUP AND SOUR CREAM. STIR IN THE CARROTS; FOLD IN SQUASH AND ONION.
- COMBINE STUFFING MIX AND BUTTER. SPREAD HALF THE MIXTURE IN A LIGHTLY BUTTERED 12X7 BAKING DISH;
- SPOON VEGETABLE MIXTURE OVER STUFFING.SPRINKLE REMAINING STUFFING MIXTURE STUFFING MIXTURE OVER THE VEGETABLES.
- BAKE IN PREHEATED 350* OVEN FOR 25-30 MINUTES, UNTIL HEATED THOROUGHLY!! ENJOY....
