- 4 - ears sweet corn
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon mirin
How To Make yakitomorokoshi (grilled corns)

Step 1Boil shucked corn 2-3 minutes in boiling water

Step 2Mix Mirin and soy sauce in a bowl.

Step 3Grill corn, basting with sauce and turning frequently, 4-5 minutes.
