1.5 ccooked squash (12 ounces frozen)

1egg, beaten

1/2 ccranberries, coarsely chopped

1/2 tspsalt

pinchpepper
-
1 Tbspbutter, melted

1 dash(es)nutmeg
How to Make Winter Squash with Cranberries
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Thaw winter squash if frozen.
- Combine with egg.
- Stir in cranberries, salt and pepper.
- Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Drizzle melted butter over top.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
