winter squash with cranberries

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cooked squash (12 ounces frozen)
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup cranberries, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 dash nutmeg

How To Make winter squash with cranberries

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400.
  • Step 2
    Thaw winter squash if frozen.
  • Step 3
    Combine with egg.
  • Step 4
    Stir in cranberries, salt and pepper.
  • Step 5
    Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  • Step 6
    Drizzle melted butter over top.
  • Step 7
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • Step 8
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
