preheat oven to 400 degrees.In a 9x13 casserole dish, pour in white wine, if you want dish to be sweeter use Reisling, not as sweet use the Chardonay,then add brown sugar, mix well.
Now add the baby carrots, make sure the wine covers the carrots fairly well, dot the dish with the pats of butter. you can always add more wine or butter to your own taste and preference.
Put in oven and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, test after 45 mins to see if carrots are fork tender, again to your preference. enjoy!
