Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- paprika, to taste
- 4 tablespoons olive oil divided
How To Make whole roasted cauliflower with burst tomatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Trim the head of cauliflower and discard the green leaves.

Step 2Place the cauliflower in the middle of a Dutch oven. Drizzle 2 Tbsp olive oil over the top. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Step 3Mix the tomatoes and garlic with the remaining olive oil.

Step 4Pour the tomatoes around the cauliflower and cover and place in the oven for 1 hour.

Step 5Remove the lid about halfway through to brown the top of the cauliflower.
