Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 medium head cauliflower leaves removed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons drained capers
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
- fresh parsley for garnish
How To Make whole roasted cauliflower in air crisp instant pot

Step 1Place water and cook & crisp plate in pot

Step 2With a knife cut an X into the head of the cauliflower about half way down. Place pressure lid and select pressure low and select 4 minutes.

Step 3In a small bowl add the olive oil, garlic and capers. When pressure is done use quick release and carefully remove the lid

Step 4Brush the olive oil mixture over the cauliflower and Sprinkle on the parmesan. Select air crisp temp. 390 and set time for 10 minutes.

Step 5When cauliflower is done place on platter and garnish with parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper
