Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, medium
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 - 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 2 teaspoons fresh chives, finely chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
How To Make whole cauliflower with lemon-dijon yogurt sauce

Step 1Remove leaves from the cauliflower and place it "whole" in a steamer. Water should barely touch the bottom of the cauliflower. Steam for approximately 15 minutes or until tender, but still slightly crisp.

Step 2Combine mustard, yogurt, lemon juice, zest, and garlic - mix well.

Step 3Place cauliflower in a small serving dish and spoon yogurt mixture over the top. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with chives.
