  • 1 1/2 c
    brussel sprouts
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    shallots
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp
    white wine
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How to Make White Wine Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients in a baking dish and toss together.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes. Then flip the sprouts over. Add more wine if necessary. Bake for another 15 minutes and then serve.
