  • 1 1/2 cups brussel sprouts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons shallots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make white wine roasted brussels sprouts

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients in a baking dish and toss together.
  • Step 2
    Bake for 15 minutes. Then flip the sprouts over. Add more wine if necessary. Bake for another 15 minutes and then serve.
