brussel sprouts
2 clove
garlic
2 Tbsp
shallots
2 Tbsp
olive oil
2 Tbsp
lemon juice, fresh
2 Tbsp
white wine
1/2 tsp
salt

How to Make White Wine Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients in a baking dish and toss together.
  • 2Bake for 15 minutes. Then flip the sprouts over. Add more wine if necessary. Bake for another 15 minutes and then serve.
