During those great summer cookouts we have, this is a favorite among all our friends. This is a simple side you throw together and pop in the oven.

Ingredients
- 8 - red potatoes
- 1 large cabbage
- 1 package baby carrots
- 1 medium red onion
- 2 sticks butter or margerine
- - salt
- - crushed peppercorns, tricolored
How To Make veggies

Step 1rinse and cube potatoes, "do not peel". rinse all other veggies. tear apart the cabbage, slice onion in large slices.

Step 2layer potatoes on the bottom of a metal pan, cube 1/2 stick of butter over the top of them, salt and pepper. layer onion, layer carrots cube 1/2 stick of butter over the top of carrots, top with the cabbage salt and pepper generously, the add one stick of butter cubed on the top.

Step 3Cover with reynolds wrap. bake at 400 degrees for atleast 2 hours 30 mins. I usually leave mine in the oven for around 3 hours if I have the extra time.
