How to Make VEGGIES (GREAT FOR DIBETICS)
- in a large pan put olive oil in bottom. slice your bell peppers,purple onions in pan. then add mrs dash i would add at your own taste.
- put lid on pan. cook on med. heat until starts to cook good then add alittle water not much just enough to make veggies steam, then turn down to low about 4 on electric stove. cook for about 20 minutes.
- ater 20 minutes take off fire turn stove off and eat. enjoy
