Ingredients
- 2 each - red,yellow,orange bellpeppers
- 1 - purple oinion (red onions)
- 5-6 tablespoons mrs dash
- 10 teaspoons olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make veggies (great for dibetics)

Step 1in a large pan put olive oil in bottom. slice your bell peppers,purple onions in pan. then add mrs dash i would add at your own taste.

Step 2put lid on pan. cook on med. heat until starts to cook good then add alittle water not much just enough to make veggies steam, then turn down to low about 4 on electric stove. cook for about 20 minutes.

Step 3ater 20 minutes take off fire turn stove off and eat. enjoy
