Ingredients
- 1/4 cup shallots chopped
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 10 ounces broccolini chopped
- 2 large portobello mushrooms gills scrapped out and chopped
- 4 scallons chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
How To Make veggie stir fry

Step 1In a small bowl whisk the shallots, vinegar, oyster sauce, and 2 tbsp of Olivce oil togehter. Set aside.

Step 2In a large skillet or wok add the remaining tbsp of Olive oil. Add the broccolini and stir fry 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook about 1 minute.

Step 3Add the scallions, ginger and garlic and stir in the vinegar mixture. Cook until broccolini is tender and mushrooms browned.
